Can I use Parallels 13 Pro and the Vagrant provider was following steps below from the URL below have hit a snag.

I get the following error I have looked in this Log Users/user/.vagrant.d/gems/2.3.4/extensions/x86_64-darwin-13/2.3.0/nokogiri-1.8.1/mkmf.log its not telling me much..?
Should I uninstall and try again ?
