Parallels 12 using Boot Camp & Windows Activation

Hello all,
Just created a new VM using my Boot Camp install of Windows 10. I would like to use both parallels and run windows natively through boot camp when the occasion calls for it. However, using Windows in my VM it tells me that I need to activate Windows but my key has already been activated on another device. I don't want to ruin my boot camp install. How should I proceed?

I have a full version of Windows 10 - Home edition.

Any suggestions?

I want to do the same, but because of some threads a few months ago about problems doing this Windows 10 I have held off.
Is it safe and straightforward now?
My activation was by Windows 7 upgrade and not sure if this is relevant.

I'm not sure if it's going to work yet. It says to activate Windows in Parallels but I had already activated it in Bootcamp when I originally installed Windows. It looks like the article suggest calling Windows to activate. I will give them a call sometime this week and report back here!
