I had some problems installing Quicken 2016 under Parallels 11 / Windows 10. This seems to be related to the Display settings (or behaviour).
When I installed Quicken 2016, the Installer window was somehow deformed, and the text in the display windows looked very small. I managed to get through the install, but it was a bit of a struggle.
Once Quicken was installed, it had problems. The first time I used it, it seemed like the application had trouble displaying text, and then it would crash with a generic warning. I could not get past this point.
I tried re-converting my data, and it seemed to work, but the text looks all wrong and quite ugly. Text is jagged or too big and icons and graphics are the wrong size.
I'm not sure if this is related, but I've also noticed that when I change the Display Settings under System, they are reset by Windows after a restart. Weird.
I reinstalled Parallel Tools, but that didn't seem to help.
Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks.
