Parallels 11 - macOS High Sierra - Win 10 : No Internet

Hello,
I just recently switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (22H2).
On Windows 7 my "shared network" internet connection was working flawlessly for years.
After upgrading to Windows 10, it shows "No Internet" under the Task Symbol.
What I tried:
- Bridge Network "Standart Adapter"
- reinstalled parallels tools
- clean boot
- network adapter in win devide manager matched parallels network setting

To let us better understand the situation, please perform the following steps:
1. Reproduce the issue.
2. Collect a technical report (click Parallels icon || > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID
