Hi, on both my Ubuntu and Debian installs when I start the VM I'm told that I have a problem with my Parallel tools and I should try re-installing, but the menu for installing the tools is greyed out.
Any ideas as how to rectify? thx
Did this issue appear just after Parallels Tools installation or Tools had worked ok for some time and then issue appeared? If the first one: please, show /var/log/parallels-tools-install.log from the guest.
