Outlook search is non-functional on Windows 11 ARM VM

I searched and found a post about this same problem on Windows 10, but there have been no replies to it since August 2021.
Has anyone got a clue as to its cause and, I hope, a solution?

Thanks for your response.
I'd already tried that, and the general vibe was "Microsoft does not support ARM Mac...", followed by "I am afraid apart from waiting for the next Build is the only option available for you."

I'll survive until then, by switching back to a supported computer and operating system, but was checking to see if someone might be aware of a solution.

I hope this issue has more to do with Outlook indexing error. You can check this blog https://www.magustools.com/blog/how...tly-indexing-your-items-never-finishes-error/. It explains how the searching in error happens and what you can do to fix it. Hope this helps the new visitors on this page.

I sincerely appreciate the response and will attempt to confirm that it's a solution to the problem I experienced.
I had actually given up on this some time ago, and given the utter unacceptability of Apple Mail, I simply reverted email back to a physical Windows machine.
