Outlook (*.pst) with Parallels Desktop 17 - Possible?

Hi,
is there a way to get Outlook running as stably as possible under Windows 11 ARM? The classic Office 2019/2021 apparently cannot be installed on Windows 11 Home. Or is there some trick here? Or is there another way to get classic Outlook working with a PST? I would be very happy about an answer.

I am having the same problem that outlook is not running stable on Windows 11 ARM, under IMAP, outlook will not receive/download my emails.
please, someone help me on that

I have Outlook running to my satisfaction :-)
- Parallels Desktop
- Windows 11 ARM
- Microsoft Office 32bit (I mean Office 2016)
