After downloading Parallels Desktop 19, I thought I would give installing Oracle Linux 9.2 for ARM a try again. With previous versions of Oracle Linux 9 and Parallels, I have been unable to get Parallels Tools in a straightforward way.
Today, I installed the Server with GUI loadout, installed epel-release and dkms and mounted the Parallels Tools ISO. The VM successfully installed the tools, I restarted the VM and Parallels Tools just worked!
