Hello!
I'm running Parallels with Windows 11 on my M3 iMac. I'm having difficulties installing OneDrive under windows OS. None of the links on MS download page works. I keep getting the same message that I can't install x64 version on my ARM machine, even if I try to install x86 version or ARM64.
Thanks,
RB
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
Please try to install OneDrive from the Microsoft Store by following the steps below:
1. Open Microsoft Store > Click on the Microsoft Store icon in your taskbar or search for "Microsoft Store" in the Start menu and open it.
2. Search for OneDrive > Once the Microsoft Store is open, use the search bar located at the top-right corner and type in "OneDrive".
3. Select OneDrive > From the search results, click on the "OneDrive" app. This should bring up the OneDrive app page.
4. Install OneDrive > On the OneDrive app page, you will see an "Install" button. Click on it to begin the installation process.
5. Wait for Installation: The installation process may take a few moments depending on your internet speed and system performance. You can monitor the progress of the installation from the download bar at the top of the Microsoft Store window.
6. Launch OneDrive: Once the installation is complete, you can launch OneDrive directly from the Microsoft Store by clicking on the "Launch" button on the OneDrive app page, or you can find it in your Start menu.
7. Sign In: Upon launching OneDrive for the first time, you will need to sign in with your Microsoft account. If you don't have one, you can create a new account or sign in with an existing one.
Let us know if you have been able to install OneDrive on the virtual machine.
Thanks
