No Parallels Tools install in menus

I'm trying to install the Parallels Tools on a Windows XP vm and based on the following instructions but there appears to be no menu item... Help...

I finally found this article which helped me since I could manually install the Parallels tools for windows, but it would be nice to have that menu item back!!!!
