No internet connection

Hello, I am a new user of paralell desktop and have been struggling with the whole setup. I am nearing the end now but have encountered an issue I cannot seem to fix. My macbook is connected to a good, strong wifi but for some reason it doesn't show on the windows interface. This is very annoying because it basically limits me from being able to do anything.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

For additional info; I have already tried all the tips given by youtube videos and on the Paralells knowledge base. The only weird thing that wasn't making sense is that when performing clean boot I couldn't find "Paralells Coherence Service" and "Paralells Tool Service" among the services. Maybe that is part of the issue?

Thank you in advance for helping if you can.
Kind regards

I’ve been having trouble getting the Wi-Fi connection from my MacBook to appear correctly inside Windows running through Parallels Desktop. The Mac itself connects to Wi-Fi without any problems, but the Windows interface seems unable to access the connection, which makes it difficult to use Windows normally. It’s especially frustrating when you have already followed the usual troubleshooting guides and still cannot identify what is causing the problem. I’m wondering whether this could be related to the Parallels network adapter configuration or whether some required Parallels Tools components are missing or not running properly.
