No Cursor Upon Wake

I'm running Parallels Pro Edition 18.2 on MacOS 13.2.1 (Intel based) and have been have a fairly regular issue where, when I wake the computer from sleep, I have no cursor/mouse in the VM. My computer is fully responsive but the VM is not without a mouse, nor does it seem to respond to keyboard shortcuts for accessing the menu. I must reset the VM and everything is back to normal after. I feel like a previous version of Parallels did the same a few years back and was fixed in an update.

Any recommendations?
