Newbie Question. Will Paralells run all Windows programs?

I've had pretty good success with parallels and I really like it. It's run 90% of my programs fine but there is one that simply won't run. It has a service error that I don't get on any other windows 7 boxes.

I was just wondering if there were any compatibility issues with some programs.

Nevermind. Finally got it working.

Doesn't seem to be much response happening out of these forums.
