New MacBook Pro 15' 2018 - Parallels 13 - Windows 10 64bit

Hello together,

we've a MacBook Pro 15' 2018 with the Intel i9 Processor an 32GB RAM.
If we use Windows 10 under Parallels 13, it suddenly freezes while using for 2 to 10 seconds.

Is this a known problem and if it's known is there an update or an update on the road map ?

Hello SaschaH2, Let us ensure that Parallels Tools are properly installed. Please follow http://bit.ly/1jbXVsI to install Parallels Tools. If you see reinstall or update Parallels Tools then kindly reinstall it.
