Network problem

Hi,
Using parallels desktop 9 on my iMac i seem to disconnect issues when i play World of warcraft mac version aslong as i have my Windows running at the same time. When i boot without running parallels i dont have disconnect issues. I am thinking there are something running either in parallels or Windows that are blocking something that makes my World of warcraft disconnect sporadicly - there is system in the disconnects. I Can game for 2 minutters or 2 hours.

Any thoughts on this as would really love to have everything running at same time.

Hi Flemming,

- (Re)install Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841
- Go to Configure of VM ( http://kb.parallels.com/117287 ) -> Hardware -> Network -> Change the Type to "Bridged(default)".

Thank you this helped - a bit.
I still get disconnected, just not as much as before.

I run in coherent mode and i now see the windows stutter when i move the around - this they didn't do before. ( I updated to the new parallels version)

Hi Flemming,

You should not have any disconnection issues in your Virtual Machine.

Please try a manual installation of Parallels Tools by following all steps on the below article:
