Need to request a refund but never received a confirmation of order.

    I purchased the Standard version but need a refund as I ended up needing to purchase the Pro version. However, I was not sent a confirmation email for my purchase so have no reference aside from the bank debit of my purchase. Please advise, thank you.

    I have had no response to this and am now receiving emails I'll be charged for renewals of the both student and standard versions. I need to cancel both. PLEASE ADVISE.

    Kindly note that the auto-renewal on your Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard STUDENT EDITION is disabled.
    We can only find one subscription under your current email address.
    If you have another subscription, kindly provide us with the order reference number.
