Need to move Parallels Desktop 10 Activation to different laptop

Hello Parallels Support

I have installed Parallels Desktop 10 on a different MacBook Pro and cannot activate because I'm told I've reached license limit. I need this ASAP. I no longer have access to previously activated Macbook.
Would you please deactivate ALL previous installs and allow me to active version 10 on this new Macbook Pro.

Hi TomB4. We have reset the Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac license key. Please follow the below steps to activate your Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac.

1) Open Terminal (Finder --> Applications --> Utilities --> Terminal.app)

2) Execute the command:

prlsrvctl activate-license-online

3) Start Parallels Desktop and try to proceed with the activation once again.
