Need to Downgrade Parallels Desktop 18 to 17

I bought a Mac that uses the M1 chip and then bought Parallels Desktop 18 which will not run Windows 10. Unfortunately, I have crucial software (and tons of data) for my job that won't run past Windows 10. Is is possible to downgrade Parallels Desktop 18 to 17? If so, how?
