Need to activate Windows 10 again after migrating from VMware Fusion

Hello everybody,
I'm a long time VMware user trying to come into the Parallels world with Parallels Desktop Pro for Mac.
I'm very happy to see that there is an option to convert a VMware virtual machine into a Parallels one, but when I do so, Windows tells me that my copy is invalid, and that I have to activate it again.
Probably because I have a new MAC address ?
Can you help me on that one, or am I stuck with Fusion for that particular VM ?
