Need more SPACE!!!!

Bit poster
Im running an older version of Mac OS on Parallels desktop its telling me Im out of disk space. when I go to the hardware tab its grayed out and won't let me adjust my disk space can any one help?

Hi, did you stop your VM before trying to expand the hard drive space?
