My activation key is blacklisted

Hi!
I have a valid activation key for Parallels 11. I had to reformat my macbook pro and reinstall parallels. It gives me the message that my activation key is blacklisted. Please help.

We see that you have got a refund for Parallels Desktop 11 because of it the license is blacklisted.
