MS Money on ARM version of Windows 11

Can anyone confirm Microsoft Money will run on the ARM version of Windows 11 using Parallels Desktop on Mac with Apple Silicon?
 
Can someone give me the steps for running Microsoft Money 2007 on my iMac with the M1 chip? I have just purchased this computer and am new to the Apple environment. Do I get Parallels 19? I have a new Windows 11 Home edition package with the product key. Will that work or do I have to get the Pro/Enterprise edition?
