Moving XP Programs over to Windows 10

How do I move programs from XP over to Windows 10? I have both OS but want to get rid of XP but before that I'd like to move some applications over to 10.

Hello, if you would like to move only applications you can check this article.. Or just install it again on your Windows 10..

Checked out the article. I can't buy that program right now. Can I just drag programs over to a connected USB drive and then drag them from there over to 10?

If it hasn't been specifically rebuilt for Windows 10, chances are they will not work anyway. You'll just get a message saying that it's incompatible with Win10.
You're better off keeping the Winxp VM for things you still want to use on Winxp, and creating a new/separate VM for newer Win10 things.
