Moving to a new Mac/Subscription expired

i have a legacy subscription for PD v.16. It was running on my old ima which seems to have gone to sleep. I'm trying to get it up on a different machine but seem to have exceeded my allotted subscription moves. Can I have the subscription reset? The quote from the EULA may be fine for lawyers, but is ambiguous for mere mortals such as myself. Thanks for any help.
