mouse not working on mac chip 1

hi .. just to know what to do ...
coz mouse not working on parallels 17.1.1 with
mac os Big sur ... mac mini 2020 chip M1
all softwar is original and
i try diferents mouse ...
i try reinstall tools parallels
and reinstal windows
any other suggestin please..... thanks
