Mouse DPI Completely Wrong - Parallels 27.0.0 (58628)

For some reason my mouse's DPI is completely wrong in Parallels 27. It's extremely slow for the DPI I have set. Currently I use 3500 and 4000 DPI and the pointer in Windows VMs moves at around half or less the speed that it should. I tried switching between "Best for Retina display" and "Scaled" to see if it would make any difference, it doesn't. This was never an issue for me in Parallels 26. Along with other issues such as TRIM and hard drives being completely broken when making a new VM (Read more here).

It's like this build literally was not tested at all. There are so many major issues it's kind of shocking to see this build was even pushed. Do the developers even test creating new VMs on legit hardware or using external peripherals such as mice? Extremely disappointed in the quality of this release.

I also have the same issue with v27.0.0

When mouse gaming mode is enabled in the VM optios, the mouse is extremely slow. Disabling this mode restores normal speed but then causes the mouse to detach from the VM when it reaches the edges.

Another solution was to directly pass through the mouse as a USB device, however this causes all kinds of problems with macos when you do that and it is not worth doing.

Had the same issue where my mouse was very slow when "optimize for games" was toggled on and I kinda fixed it. So apparently VM can't process the high polling rate of gaming mice which is usually 1000 Hz. I turned down the polling rate of my razer mouse via the app to 125 Hz and now it is working again. Maybe you can try that yourself
