Modern.IE in Version 13

Hi everyone,

Since I switched to the latest version (Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition - Version 13.2.0 (43213)), I can not download Modern.IE anymore.
Before I had an error during the download (See 1.png : "The network connection has been lost.") and now it is not offered in downloads pannel (see 2.png).

I communicate on the Facebook chat since early December, a sudden I am told that it will be corrected, now I am told that it is not available on version 13, which surprises me.

Do you have this problem on your side as well?

i am having the same issue ! and someone from support cant even help i have called and messaged i keep going in circles trying to find an answer

Due to some unfortunate event they were not available for a while. Now they are back.
If not - please post here a Problem Report ID (via Help -> Send Technical Data...).

There are 2 known issues:
in Windows 7 your have to install Parallels Tools manually.
IE9 on Windows 7 actually has IE 8
both are reported and hopefully will be fixed soon.
 
Great news! I am relieved! :)
It would be necessary to inform your Facebook support, who had told me that Modern.IE was not available in the new version...
This is noted for other problems. We will be patient.
