Migrate Parallel Desktop 12

I have two macOS systems installed on my iMac. I would like to migrate Parallel Desktop 12 from one system to the other. How should I proceed? I tried to sign out of Parallel Desktop on the original macOS system, but it prompted a network connection failure, even though I have confirmed that the network connection is normal.

We have deactivated the license from the machine with Mac OS X 10.15.7(19H2026).
Please retry to use the license on the new machine.
You can also find information on how to transfer license to a another device using the link https://kb.parallels.com/123461
Let us know if the result please.

If it's still not working, please share a screenshot of the error message.
