Microsoft Access 2016 won't run on Parallel 17

I haven't use MS Access in decades but the course I am study requires I use it.

I have downloaded a Azure version of Access 2016 and have a product key but it won't work.

When I try starting Access this message comes up:

Can anyone help.

I've call the help desk but no one answers.

I have a similar issue when you open the MS access file it crushes

It works if the Access database is on the C drive on the Windows 10/11 VM. Using shared directories with the MAC seems to fail.

This problem seemed to disappear for me with the Microsoft Office update Version 2201 (Build 14827.20158) that I downloaded today.

Version 2201 still gives me the / \ error.

I forgot to mention that, at an earlier stage in the struggle, I had changed the "Default database folder" in Options -> General to:
C:\Users\[myusername]\Documents
as that looked more like a Windows address and was the location used on my Intel iMac Bootcamp. It may have helped [??]
I notice that in Word, Options -> Save still uses \\Mac\Home\Documents

I have same problem. If I saved in Desktop then it works, If I changed another location then problem occurred.
Can anyone solve this problem?
