Mapping Outlook PST

I have Parallels 5 Build 5.0.9344
Using Windows XP with Office 2007.

I share out the Documents from the Mac Side to the windows becuase that is where we store the PST files.
When we try to map the PST with in the VM we get an error:
An Unknown error occured, error code: 0x80070006

any ideas?
 
Same problem here

Outlook will not open a PST file from the Mac side. You have to copy it across to VM drive (C:) before it will open it successfully.

The danger of doing that is if your VM gets corrupted you could lose those PST files as well.
