Mapping Command --> Windows key doesn't work

I have mapped in the VM the Command key to the Windows key, but none of the keyboard shortcuts work in Windows, like Win + I to open Settings or Win + S to open Search, any help will be appreciated, thank you

You can try using AutoHotkey inside windows if you want.
