Making changes for guests of any type very slow...

When I make changes to a guest of any type I'm having hangs that range from 30-60 seconds just for an action to occur.

Notice in this gif below how long it takes to simply set a guest to not suspend or shut down when I close the guest's window (please understand that even though my cursor is a black arrow, it is NOT one for me while observing it, but is instead a BEACHBALL OF DEATH all the way up until I stop the gif screencast):

What can be done to troubleshoot this problem?

Could you also collect the tech report, right after the issue reproduced and post the report's id here?
