Keep in mind that alot of people on the forums "pre-paid" for the upgrade before a trial or release notes existed.

I think the worst problem ive had is the isues with dual monitors that have been rectified with 3.0. Sure, those not happy should be entitled to money back, same as you would be if you bought something in a shop.. but dont come on here demanding everyone should be refunded.. That simply isnt the case..... to be honest, if you dont like the software, then ditch it, go back to a previous version, or go use Fusion and quit filling up the Technical Forum, with posts about how unhappy you are... Some people are here to help others, thats increasingly difficult when off topic posts are repeatedly being posted.
If you really want to get someone at Parallels attention.. pick up the phone and call them..

Once again, we're ready to satisfy each moneyback. Just open a support request via http://www.parallels.com/support/request/ and clearly state that you want a refund.
radesix said:First of all, it is extremely shortsighted to suggest that nobody upgraded for 3D functionality. I am certain that you are dead wrong.
Personally, I don't want a refund. What I want is honesty and truth in advertising.
I think (hope), maybe, the English is wrong here, and you intended to write "Not everyone upgrading ..."Tim Surgent said:Not anyone upgrading to 3.0 did that because of 3D.

David5000 said:I am in complete agreement. Sadly, though, from Parallels' perspective, I suspect that gamers are where the money is.
