Make Parallels Desktop App Icons follow MacOS 11+ design language

Parallels Desktop has problems with following the newer "macOS" design.
One of these issues is with Coherence.

Coherence app icons just use the default icons from Windows, while that might be fine for some, it looks funny. For Microsoft Office, it's really tiny.
There should be an option to give these icons a white background or accent color background to better fit in with the other app icons, like this.

The menu bar icon still does not have a monochrome option. A lot of people would like this.

Parallels Toolbox got a new icon recently, and it's nice, but Parallels Desktop still has the old iMac icon. This is another feature that has been requested a lot.
Getting all of these in Parallels Desktop 18 would make the experience much better.
