Major Error with Windows on External HD Image

I've had Parallels Desktop less than a week, I got windows installed on an External HD (Mybook 320 GB FireWire 800) and I'm running this from a Macbook Pro.

I started up my drive clicked on my image on my desktop and got:

Bad Link, so I think to go click on the actual pvs on my External and I get:

Any ideas? I've shut down properly every time.

Hello Andrew,

Please try the following:

Create a new VM on your MacBook in Custom mode and use the existing hard drive from your External HD.

Could you attach the .pvs file you are using now for we could make an investigation?
