macOS VM, time sync and location services?

Hi everyone,

One of the most frustrating things for me is the time sync on the guest os, if I shut my mac and reopen later the time is no longer synced and I don't think it works through NTP in the VM, is this normal or am i doing something wrong?

Who can help with this? I have opened support cases on this issue and it seems that support is uneable to assist. What is the escalation process at Parallels as I keep getting the run around for all support issues and nothing gets fixed? Is there a corporate number to call to escalate issues as calling support is pretty much useless.
