macOS Ventura VM installation on Mac Pro errors

Hello
I am using a 28-core Intel Xeon W MAC Pro, and I have also updated Parallels to the latest version. The MAC OS version I am using is also MAC OS Ventura. However, when I try to install a VM with MAC Ventura, I always encounter errors during the installation process. Do you have any instructions or guidance for this situation?

There is no specific error message, but when we install, during the OS installation process, the installation crashes and returns to the initial state.
