macOS Sonoma and Parallels 19

I've recently upgraded my Mac to Sonoma, as well as Parallels to version 19....When I start Windows 11, the background of the window is transparent, showing the folders, windows, etc that are underneath. Does anyone know of a fix?

I have the same issue. After upgrading to Sonoma, Parallels lose my internet connection and it is too slow! - It just happens inside the VM. My internet connection works fine on my Mac running Safari and other apps. Tried to shutdown and restarting and same thing. I am using Parallels Desktop v19 under a MacBook Pro M2.

I reported the technical issue - here is the report ID 438084957

Hello,
As a possible solution, kindly follow the below steps:
1. Make sure that the Virtual Machine is Shutdown (Actions on top of the mac menu bar > select Shutdown).
2. Open the virtual machine configuration ( see: https://kb.parallels.com/117287 ) > Options > Optimization.
3. Set "Resource usage" to "No Limit".
4. Reinstall Parallels Tools (Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools).
5. Restart your virtual machine and verify if the issue is present ?

If the issue still persists, while reproducing the issue, please collect an additional technical report (click the Parallels icon on top of the mac menu bar > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

I've got the same issue with Windows 11 Business 2H22 on Parallels 19 on a Macbook Pro M1 Max. Accessing the power menu to shut down the VM takes several seconds to appear, the same happens when navigating around the Settings app and File Explorer is also suffering the same issues. Network performance seems to be very slow when using RDP.

1. Reproduce the issue.
2. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply.

I upgraded to Sonoma + parallels desktop 19, without knowing this issue beforehand.... I have the same problem. transparent on the top part of the Windows Panel
