I am using Parallels Desktop Version 13.3.0 (43321). I created a macOS VM and installed High Sierra latest build from Apple (10.13.3). The installation went ok. I then added in the Parallels tools (I think - I went through the process and completed the download and install - but when I restart the VM, the amber triangle on the top right side says the tools are not installed??).
Every single time I start the VM, the macOS loads, and i get to the macOS login screen - and I noticed that my picture on the login screen has a slight colour shift issue - like the colours are not correct.
I login with my password on the macOS page and it sits there, for hours. No progression bar or advancement meter of any kind. What is going on?? I cannot get any login or usage on the VM at all.
