MacBook Air Fan kicks in to Overdrive...help

So...I recently installed Yosemite on my Macbook Air and ever since then when I go in to Parallels 10 my fan goes in to overdrive (goes up to 7000RPM and the temperature still remains around 69C). Before I installed Yosemite I wasn't experiencing any of these issues.

After going through some of the forums I made the following changes, but it still hasn't helped:
-Reduced video memory to 128MB
-De-activated 3D graphics
-Disabled Aero
-Checked "longer battery life" and "faster virtual machine"
-Increased the Memory allocation to 4GB (note: currently set at 2CPUs)
-Ensured everything in windows, parallels, mac os is up to date

None of this has helped unfortunately. And I am not running any kind of crazy, intensive software (e.g., games) - am only running MSWord, Outlook, excel etc. My set-up:

Macbook Air, running 1.7 Ghz Intel Core i7
8GB RAM
Parallels 10
Windows 7 Professional

Can someone please help me find a solution to this? Nothing seems to help this issue..

@ChrisK2, please try the steps below:
  1. Open services.msc (Click start and type in Search box "services.msc" )
  2. Search "Windows module installer".
  3. Double click the "Windows module installer", and make it manual (right click on service -> choose Properties -> Startup type: manual). It is usually set Automatic.
  4. Search "Windows update".
  5. Double click the "Windows update", and make it manual.
  6. Open Control panel (right click at the lower left of the screen at the Windows logo. and then you can see control panel menu).
  7. Click "Windows update"
  8. In left you can see "Change settings".
  9. Change the setting into "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them". It is usually set automatic.
  10. Reboot Windows virtual machine and check the issue.
