更换mac电脑无法激活

旧电脑的Parallels Desktop都已经承认帐户，并删除了了，但新电脑还是激活不了，提示"旧的激活密钥尚未被许可证服务器接受。", 请问什么情况
 
the same problem for me, mine is a PD15 to PD16 upgrade, and got two keys, they cannot be used to activate my new macbookpro
