Linux VM freezing for 3-20 secs randomly (Parallels 20.1.1 on M4MAX)

Hi,

I am new to Parallels, and so far everything has been working very well. However, I keep running into those temporary freezes when working inside a Fedora 41 Linux VM on a M4MAX MBP. Any ideas what might be causing it or ways to troubleshoot what might be the cause?
