I'm running version 13 of the desktop software on Mac OS 10.11.6. My license has already been renewed, on the account and in the program it shows a next renewal date of 10/6/27. However, the software refuses to launch and will only link back to the website to buy a new subscription. If I try to enter the activation key again, it says "Unable to perform the operation. The license server rejects it."
