License key associated with another parallels account

I am trying to register my license key on parallels.com as well as use it to activate parallels on my MacBook. When trying to add the key into my account at parallels.com I get the message, "This license key is already registered in a different account."

I purchased parallels 13 in June of 2018 and received my license key information at the same address I am using to login to parallels.com. I'm confused as to why my key was never added to my account in the first place because I do show Legacy Licenses for Parallels 7 and 9.

Any assistance would be appreciated. This seems like a problem Parallels support will need to address in order to link my key to my account.

We can see that the key is purchased with current email but registered with "spam@***breaths.com". Use the correct email to log in and find the key in Parallels Account.
 
Thank you for replying. I'm not really sure why my key is associated with an e-mail other than the one I used to purchase the license. I have deleted the spam@***.com account from parallels in the hopes that it would allow me to register the key again, however, it has not. Can you associate my key with the e-mail address/parallels login that I used to purchase this key?
