License issues transferring VM to a new Mac

I dont need a new Parallels version for what I do; version 18 does the job. I recently got a new Mac and tried to move the license. When I try to run the new VM, it shows that I dont have the correct version, which I do. I'm not sure how to fix this issue, and I'm not sure how to reach tech support. I sent an email, and it sent me to the page, but all the options are grayed out.
