I own a perpetual license for Parallels Desktop 14 Mac Standard Edition and
would like to activate it on an older Mac. Activation fails every time with
the message:
"Unable to perform the operation. The license server rejects it."
Details:
- Order / purchase reference: [161123399 from 2019]
- Installed version: Parallels Desktop 14.1.3-45485
(downloaded from kb.parallels.com/en/5802)
- Mac: iMac (Mid 2011), macOS High Sierra 10.13.6
- The key is recognized as valid at first; the error appears afterwards.
- Other activations: Parallels Desktop 14 is not installed or activated on
any other Mac.

Could you please check the status of this key in your system, reset the
activation if necessary, and let me know whether it can be activated on
Parallels Desktop 14 on this Mac?
I have seen the same error reported by other users of version 14 in your
forum this year, so I suspect an issue on the activation server side.
