license activated too often

dear paralles team,

I am using paralles desktop 17.

I get the error message that I have activated it too often.

my old computers are no longer in use. Could you please reset the license so that I can reinstall the program.

i have been using paralles desktop since version 6 and would like to continue :)

Please attempt to use the application again

many thanks for your help. unfortunately it still does not work. the same message still appears.
should I reinstall again?

i have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. unfortunately i still get the same message. could you please look again. that would help me a lot!
