Legends of Runeterra (Riot Games) crashes immediately upon startup

Legends of Runeterra seems to be unable to run inside Windows 10 (64-bit) installations, as it crashes more-or-less immediately when I start it up. It's a game in beta and is looking to be a pretty big thing, so it would be great to get it running in Parallels until there is an official macOS client.

Same thing happened to me. I'm on Parallels 12. Which version are you on?

Same thing on 15.

I had to set up Windows with BootCamp to make it work. Runeterra won't run on a VM

I got this to work by enabling nested virtualization in parallels . No bootcamp needed.
