Left4Dead 2 - Steam Game Will Not Load

Hi

I have left4dead 2 that I wish to play through Parallels XP. I get the following error

left4dead2.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I have unistalled and re-installed
I have read that to play steam games u need to remove the systems.ini for this game - there isn't one

Really hoping you can help
 
L4D2 is a SteamPlay game. Although I've not tried it, you should be able to run it under OSX without the need for Parallels.
 
Steam Games can be played Mac and PC

thanks for the reply, I literally figured this out this morning, just hadnt got around to leaving a post yet.
