Keyspan USB to Serial

I've never quite understood how to setup Parallels when I want to connect to a device via a Serial/USB converter device like a Keyspan USA-19HS. Under USB to I select the device? Under Serial do I select a device?

Can someone give me the idiots guide to doing this?

What's your device do - do you plug it into the USB port of your Mac? If yes (and I assume so; haven't seen a Mac with a serial port for a while) you should select it under USB.
